A great, rare treasure of a bookstore. Their selection of esoterica is vast and intelligently collected. A comparable place would be very hard to find.

This is a phenomenal bookstore! Traveling from out of state, I only wish I had more time there to explore. Lots of obscure titles and subject matters, used and new books. Crystals are high quality too.

The best selection of books on metaphysical topics such as reincarnation, Cayce and Atlantis that I've ever come across. Entire sections of each! Great mixture of used and new, including extensive crystals. This is the kind of place that I would love to come back to and spend the entire day.

Love this place I definitely have to go back my friend and I came a couple months ago to grab crystals and I wish I remember the woman’s name but she was so patient and nice and Guy gave us a book to really understand which crystals should buy and then They had a little dog in there. It was so cute. Everybody was super helpful. She even let me write down crystals so I can know the names when I got home. They have real Krystle those guys so that’s a big place They have a lot of great books in there. I didn’t really look at them though the selection was awesome. I’ll definitely be back.

Great local independent bookstore with a wide selection of books. It's just a little hard to tell the genre for some of books on the shelves since they aren't well labeled but the staff is happy to help.

I found this amazing store, lovely energy, and books I could get lost in. I found a book I didn't know I needed, it was just sitting there on a shelf🙏🏽 When I return to Boston (I'm from Denmark) I will definitely go into Seven Stars again. …

This is a wonderful bookstore! There are new and used (I think?) books in lots of topics. Religion, occult, contemporary issues, philosophy, etc. I was looking for books on lucid dreaming and there were lots on that as well as on dream interpretation. Lots of religions represented here too. And the crystals, fossils, and gems - omg what a beautiful selection! They're not all hidden away behind glass too. You can touch them, pick them up, feel their weight. I wish I had a million dollars so I could buy everything! The employees are really nice too. Overall, a great store and a great experience!

It’s my favorite bookstore in Cambridge for many reasons but most importantly because they carry all types of used and new books — really great collection of classic books (fiction), some wonderful poetry too. They have the biggest collection of Buddhist, yoga, meditation, and spiritual books from all major world religions (and even esoteric movements) anywhere in Boston or perhaps even Northeastern states. In addition they have a fantastic herbal medicine and all the new popular books in psychology, sociology and current events if that’s your jam. To add to this, they have interesting Eastern artwork as well. What an absolute gem of a bookstore with such a diverse collection!! 5 stars for customer service too. Happy to always recommend this store and support it!

Super interesting selection of books. I’m not interested in spirituality or crystals, so it took me a while to check this place out. But they had one of the most innovative and mind-blowing graphic novels ever - The Arrival by Shaun Tan - in the display, which drew me in. And holy cow! They have sections on everything, with many books that you wouldn’t find in a more commercial book store. Great for history nerds, progressive thinkers, and lovers of the weird and out-of-the-box.
